completed his dental degree at University of Missouri-Kansas City
School of Dentistry in Kansas City, Missouri.

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
With four kids, Dr. Fullmer leads a busy and active life when he's
not practicing family dentistry. He loves the great outdoors,
particularly activities like hiking, camping, and boating. He's
also passionate about traveling in his free time.
Dr. Fullmer is currently seeing patients in the Topeka office. He
enjoys meeting new people and guiding his patients to excellent
